Prior to Leman, I spent six years at Robert W. Baird & Co., overseeing complex financial close processes while leading talent development and mentorship initiatives. Earlier in my career at M&I Bank Support Services, I thrived in leadership roles, coaching personal bankers and driving impactful leadership and community engagement programs.
